Are you contracted or expanded?
To experience the Akashic field requires an expanded state of awareness. Contracted awareness keeps us anchored in daily affairs. The dramas we live out take unexpected turns, and as we make new choices, the life of the soul takes shape. The critical thing is to have a life of the soul, and that comes about only through expansion.
Akasha is the home of the soul and therefore cannot be limited in any way. The mystery, strangely enough, is how we manage to restrict the unbounded potential of our own minds. But we do. The choices we make build invisible barriers that only we can take down. There are constant forks in the road that shape the invisible structure of the mind depending on the road we choose.
The mind isn’t a single thing moving in one direction. We may share a tendency to be more expressive when young, more repressed in old age, but we may also have gained personal insight to replace the received opinions that give young people a sense of belonging.
From day to day the mind fluctuates, even when we feel we are committed to a single path. It’s natural for life to be open-ended, and so it will continue afterlife. In the Akashic field we will meet both sides of ourselves, the individual who wants to be free and the conformist who wants to be secure. The Akashic field is nothing more than our own potential.

Official news report "Whether the new variant is more dangerous than the original strain remains unclear, though the World Health Organization has declared a pandemic.Virologists and health officials are on high alert because of the possibility that the new variant could cause deaths and are keeping a close eye on further mutations. The Spanish flu that killed more than 50 million people worldwide in 1918 was a mutated virus.
Vaccines are in short supply in Latin America, where fears are growing that influenza A will spread fast since winter is approaching there.
The number of people infected with the virus is growing in the region, with Mexico reporting 6,294, Chile 3,125 and Argentina 733. The World Health Organization said 36,000 people from 76 countries have contracted the virus.

I have been directed to change venues here to offer more information on different subjects. Initially my focus shall be on the necessary steps of individual PREPARATION, sparked by the recent outbreaks of the Mexican flu. While there is no need to panic as yet there are certain things to know about the spread of pandemics and what is happening now. Fear and panic are not the solution. These emotions arise through a lack of knowledge. It becomes important to know the facts and gather the appropriate information. This is the basis for any preparation against natural disasters which we have already become familiarized with. With the threat of pandemic there are slight differences however. In such cases as earthquakes and tornadoes humans are typically forced out of their homes. With the spread of disease though it becomes important to remain isolated in our homes to avoid infection. We must be prepared for self-sufficiency that will be the result of appropriate planning.
Toning down the emotional impact: As a brownie in youth the group learned about the importance of being prepared. We were taught basic survival skills often utilizing natural resources. I liken this new challenge to getting prepared to take an extended camping trip. This is basically all you need to know in beginning your preparation plan. Without becoming fanatical we are best served by becoming more and more aware of what a devestating outcome would be like. Become more attentive to what might most be needed when we are removed from the system that has always lulled us into a false sense of security. What if markets have to close for isolation purposes? What if the agricultural system fails? How can you substitute for things that may no longer be available?
The main key in all of this is the knowing about this whole concept of isolation. This will ultimately be the overall theme should the worst come to be. We must become more self-reliant and resourceful rather than relying on government aid and protection. We must understand the necessity of isolation and being detached from the system.
These are issues I will be addressing herein. I have much objective information to provide. Tips and guidelines will be made available. I hope to help people to navigate through these initial steps that must begin to be taken.
RE: THE MEDIA
Firstly be discerning about what you are hearing through the media. At this juncture there are still more unknowns than knowns. Information from the CDC may be reliable however many reports from scientists or so-called experts is often misleading or deliberately filtered through the media. The government does not wish to create 'panic' they say and yet by the lack of reliable information that is exactly what is happening for many. Be mindful that even the World Health Organization is monitored in their news releases. Again this is simply a matter of being attentive to the things that may not being offered up to the public. INformation must be viewed with a critical eye.
Secondly, there still is time to make preparations and we might begin by recognizing the potential for an increased threat by the fall and winter. This is our initial time-frame to begin working with.
More to come: sifting through the public informational releases. identifying alternatives to food items that may not be available. The myth of the Mask. What to store without 'panic stockpiling'. Natural ways for stocking water since the bottled water is now under suspect for other dangers. Insulation vs innoculation. Natural herbal remedies to know about including foods and spices that can help us upgrade our immune systems. Natural antiseptics and antivirals. Building up the immune system is the first step for us to take. Why does this flu seem to affect young adults which is not usually the norm with disease outbreaks? I have much to offer in the form of suggestions and information.

CHAPTER ONE
As within, so without
Are you yearning for greater meaning in life? In our hectic techno-material world, we are told that to be successful in life we must be productive in the world of consumerism. We are hypnotized into the belief that the needs of the Self are irrelevant to the smooth running of our cultural programming and technological advancement. We are taught to put the past aside and concentrate only on where we are going rather than learning the lessons of where we have been.
The voice of Father Culture would have us ignore and silence the inner messages of our inner discontent and seldom are we provided with the encouragement to consider and come to truly understand the teachings of the concept ‘ as above so below’, which on a personal level translates to ‘As within, so without’. The true intent of our life on this planet is TO LEARN and TO KNOW THYSELF. True success actually comes through the fulfillment of our spiritual goals.
Too often we rely only on our external reality to lead us wherever the winds of fate will blow us. We disregard the significance of the equally real landscape of our Inner Self. And then we become confused when life hands us only folly, failures and unfulfilled goals. In our world, it is easy to become bereft in a sea of overwhelming circumstances.
Things can become exceedingly difficult for the more sensitive souls among us who long only for freedom, equality, honor and righteousness. We do not fit in with the reality of the capitalistic program, knowing that we are being blinded against full knowing of what is actually transpiring around us. And so we become disenfranchised and cast aside as misfits, degenerates or non-co-operatives, considered by the majority to be expendable at the drop of a hat. The Matrix series has much to tell us about the Illusions we live and the treatment received by those who see a different reality. What reality are you living?
The burgeoning soul is that part of the Self deserving greater respect and honour than we are accustomed to giving it . We who strive to be Lightbearers, are intent on allowing such burgeoning to be shared, that others too may become more self aware, which in turn then will eventually allow for greater awareness and understanding among the collective consciousness. I have myself been to the very depths of the Dark Night of the Soul and through much struggle have emerged once more from the darkness into the light of greater understanding. I know it is possible. And it is because of this that I feel part of my mission in life is to share such understandings and offer assistance for others who have yet to find a way out of the dark.
Like it or not, we are all in the process of personal growth and transformation as we proceed along our personal paths towards fulfillment. Many will resist this notion, and insist on living the Material dream, as they stumble blindly towards their personal
pursuit of perceived success, through position, power and acquisition.
For these individuals, self-actualization is measured by their ability to acquire, possess, compete and gain recognition and/or public reputation.
Many will chose to live by the statement that IGNORANCE IS BLISS believing that what one doesn’t know can’t hurt them and will subsequently proceed rather blindly through life, preferring not to acknowledge any other reality than what they can experience through the senses. They live, and often by their own preference, within the confines of a very narrow consciousness. And perhaps by luck and providence some few are able to move forward with little resistance towards accomplishment of their personal goals and ambitions.
Individually, we each have the choice of either LIVING CONSCIOUSLY OR UNCONSCIOUSLY. To live merely through subconscious instinct is largely to surrender to the belief that, come what may, one must focus on a framework of reality that has been pre-determined by others. I would liken this to the EYES WIDE SHUT SYNDROME. As long as providence and opportunity continue to support the illusion, all will be right in their world.
For those who decide to live more consciously, there is an impetus to gravitate more naturally towards awareness, understanding and higher thought. To uncover the truths of THAT WHICH LIES BEYOND OUR CONSCIOUS LEVEL OF AWARENESS. To think is to learn; to learn is to know; to know is to understand; to understand is to embrace wisdom and only with wisdom can we hope to overcome the limitations and blockages we have built for ourselves. The paradox is that it usually requires some form of personal crisis or life altering events to propel us towards the path of HIGHER CONSCIOUSNESS and SELF-AWARENESS.
When we suffer physical wounds, we must allow them to heal. Sometimes the body is quite capable of taking care of the healing, with minor wounds. Deeper wounds however require more specialized care to ensure there is minimal scarring and reduce the likelihood of a relapse. As we become more SELF AWARE we realise that this is also true of the inner wounds that we feel but cannot see.
Typically we are taught to camouflage such inner wounds with band-aids of denial, distraction and self deception. We are taught to put the past aside and not dwell in self-pity. As such, we are conditioned to believe we must always keep our eye on the target ahead, rather than to look back on the lessons of the past. My own path of transformation was rather unceremoniously thrust upon me, as the result of a series of crises, upheavals, losses, disappointments and estrangements, which always seemed to arrive unexpectedly on my doorstep, like the waves of a pounding surf, one after another, after another.
I realized that for some of us, significant lessons are essential to our evolution, at least on the soul level, and despite one’s best efforts to skirt around or circumvent individual challenges the lessons must eventually be learned, one way or another.
Since you are reading this book, it is assumed that you also have reached some manner of turning point in your personal journey. Life has become more complicated and seems to be less within your own control. You may feel despair, hopelessness, overwhelming sadness, confusion, anger, anxiety or powerlessness. Things just don’t make sense any more, especially when you feel you have given your best and reaped little in return. You feel the need for some sense of personal direction, yet feel drained of the energy to do much about it. Mind, body and soul are all in need of an infusion of re-generation and renewal. And you have finally come to realize and accept that it is you against the world. You can’t continue to go around yourself, because some small part of your inner knowing reminds you that you will only circle around once more to this same point of bewilderment, time and again, unless you can acquire more efficient tools for grounding and balance in your life.
In preparation to embark on the bridge towards Tomorrow, there are indeed some essential tools which will be required. You already have your emotional baggage alongside you, now you will need to gather an appropriate collection of positive aids that will help to promote forward momentum. Some of these tools will include: Courage. Honesty. Strength. Self-Acceptance. Intent. Open-mindedness. Purposefulness. Dedication. Concentration. And curiosity.
We need awareness in order to root out our personal Inner demons which continue to plague us and entrap us. We need awareness to go beyond our limitations and to find the proper channels for discharging the accumulations of Inner Waste. But of course, solutions do not come easily and awareness does not simply alight on our shoulders one fine day. It is time to turn within for the answers which seem so elusive from the outside.
As within, so without. This must be your first understanding.
It is said that the journey of a thousand miles begins with the first step. Your first step will be to spend some time determining where you are at now and to undergo a personal assessment of your present evolution. The following questions are merely a guideline to help you get started on your process.
Take what you will, and leave the rest.
Next TAKING A PERSONAL INVENTORY.
INTRODUCTION:
When we suffer physical wounds, the body requires time to heal. Sometimes medical intervention is also necessary and we need medicine to aid in the process. The process of healing of course depends on the nature of the wounds: minor, superficial wounds will of course require less time. Deeper wounds however usually need intensified and specialized care, to ensure there is minimal scarring and to reduce the likelihood of a relapse, and in these cases, more time is necessary for efficient healing to take place.
As we become more Self Aware, we realize that this is also true of the inner wounds that we feel but cannot see. Medicine for the Soul becomes as essential for many of us as the medicines we seek out for the body. The mind and body must be in harmony, for balance to be achieved in the physical. Yet the very nature of our westernized frame of reality and mindset typically opposes this concept. We still rely heavily on the medical profession to heal what ails us, and then, once healed, to return us to the fray of our high paced concept of living.
The needs of the Self are disregarded as irrelevant to the smooth running of our cultural programming and technological advancement. We are taught to put the past aside and concentrate only on where we are going, rather than learning the lessons of where we have been.
The voice of Father Culture would have us ignore and silence the inner messages of our inner discontent, and seldom are we encouraged to consider and come to truly understand the teachings of the concept ‘ as above so below’. Our individual counterpart of this is ‘As within, so without’.
Typically humanity has been conditioned to turn outwards for answers, reinforcement, encouragement and identification, and we have forgotten the strength and power of our own ability to create an inner solid foundation upon which to launch our desires and goals. Of course there is no denying that many individuals in our westernized society can prosper and benefit by ‘living by the Program’ and of course for them, there is seldom a need for soul-searching or consideration of what is really going on in the Inner Landscape of the Self. There is no doubt that we all have our individual tragedies in life. Still it is only our responses to such circumstances that will ultimately determine whether we will achieve victory or suffer a total annihilation of self.
Awareness is not something that truly comes easily, as in our hectic world we are so routinely distracted by all manner of external stimuli and pressures. The journey towards awareness is one that most will naturally overlook and ignore, largely because of their innate dedication to a Life Program that has been written by somebody else.
For those who find ourselves on the path of Self-Discovery and Awareness, the first step on the path has often been triggered by some form of crisis or tragedy in life, one or more life-changing events that forces us to seek more meaningful answers to our personal experience of reality.
In many cases it seems to be the confrontation with the Dark night of the Soul that serves to motivate us to that end. Sometimes the dark night comes like a thief in the night, yet at other times it arrives like an unexpected steam-roller which seems to arrive one ordinary day without warning. Sometimes it builds to a crescendo over many years, while for others it is one pivotal Crisis point that brings us to our knees.
Perhaps the Dark Night can be considered to be synonymous with ‘walking through the Valley of the Shadow of Death’. Still it has been said that only through adversity can we gain true spiritual strength, as in what doesn’t kill us makes us stronger, and this then is the reason that I still strive to always consider that all experience, whether positive or negative, is a necessary part of our individual incarnational experience. We are here to LEARN. And it is only our perceptions, attitudes and beliefs that determine how we choose to respond.
The creation of our individual entanglements are always rooted in the past. We can’t know where we are going unless we know where we have been. The tools for healing are all within our own grasp if only we could own that truth. Rather than seeking answers from the outside we must eventually rediscover our own inner power and courage, as the final touchstone upon which our soul development depends. And ideally it is our Soul we must attend to, rather than the Self attached to identification in the physical realm only.
Herein, I hope to offer simple guidance and suggestions for those in need of working through their own confusions and misunderstandings. For those who feel trapped, oppressed or powerless at whatever stage of your life, I hope to offer encouragement and insights that may help to light your way.
I am not The Guru, but a mere facilitator and a messenger, with my own mission of attempting to help you find your way back to yourself and to rediscover your inner divinity and regain a connection with your Spirit~ To trust once again in your own personal abilities and purposes, rather than dwelling on your perceived faults and weaknesses ~To listen more comprehensively to the still small voice within.~To understand more willingly and to come to terms more easily with the myriad perplexities about life that serve to keep you enthralled by collective Illusions~To become more open to seeing the greater reality that lies beyond your personal expectations~ To nurture greater self-forgiveness~To judge less. ~to enjoy Life more.
Overall I wish to share insights and understandings gained from nearly 5 decades of personal experience, knowing all too well, at the same time, that you must ultimately come to your own truths and understandings about Life. I can introduce you to new possibilities and perhaps even bring you to more beneficial doorways, yet still it is you who must actually open the doors. Unfortunately there are no shortcuts, and the journey is seldom brief, but is life not, in fact, more about the journey itself, than the outcome? Life is not about acquiring, owning, possessing or controlling more, but rather to learn more.
Spring is the perfect time to begin a re-awakening of the self. This is a time for planting new seeds of transformation. First however one must prepare the ground and clear the pathway. This is a time for digging out the weeds of the subconscious and finding ways to purge the Self of limitations and blockages that hold us back from forward momentum. It is a time of healing and to begin the process of metamorphosis.
My offering is to provide a learning guide for those currently suffering and those who are trying to find their way through the darkness of the soul. The Burgeoning Soul offers guidance, awareness and perspective for those who are serious about finding a light back to their personal journey through life. The pathwork does require a willingness to be honest about the Self and a desire and committment to learn new ways of thinking and perceiving. Part of the Journal offers key points for taking an honest inventory of the Self and a willingness to learn new skills of adaptability and personal resourcefulness. As they say, a lightbulb can be changed but only if it wants to!
I am hoping the journal will engender some important discussions and using this process the student is free to contact me personally with any questions they may have. I hope you will check back frequently for the ongoing updates I will be providing.
Are you sitting comfortabley? Then lets begin.

Humanity is moving ever closer to a period of time which will usher in a new era of Consciousness, for mankind has reached a particular peak of evolution in which technology has surpassed the level of knowledge and understanding required to use it with discretion and wisdom. Consciousness is accelerating during this phase known as the Awakening and some individuals are experiencing peculiar or strange occurrences in their daily lives. There is a sense among many that time itself seems to be speeding up. As it is.
Several years ago I drafted a manuscript in the form of a personal journal to help individuals begin their own path of self discovery through difficult times. This is a very comprehensive manuscript using a variety of different sources. At this time I have received the encouragement to make this work available to the public with the specific intent of reaching out to those who seriously wish to transform their lives. I have faith that those who are in need of guidance and understanding will find their way here.
The subject matter may be somewhat overwhelming for some people to comprehend. The journey itself requires the courage to 'look within' the self' with honesty and compassion. 'The truth shall set you free', as they say. The journey requires concentration and a strong desire to learn. In the end the process is about finding the way back to that part of self that is 'spirit' for we are multi-dimensional beings and it is becoming increasingly important to discover the difference between the spirit and 'personality' if one is to break away from the shared Illusion about reality that keeps the masses blindfolded and manipulated. It is also about re-empowering those who have lost or given away their own power to others.
I do hope that some topics will engender discussions relating to the contents, such as purging emotional baggage; dealing with anger and grief; understanding love as a differentiation of the Eros factor; the building of power, confidence, truth and faith; understanding the Hierarchy of Self; communication difficulties and much more.
For now it seems that my muse is off playing somewhere else, so I will offer this as a short introduction.Later I will post a list of contents of my e-book as an outline of what people might be interested in sharing and discussing.
